Terms of service

The service and the price

MY TECHNICIAN INC provides computer repair, printer service, and network setup from Brooklyn, New York. Customer service is (347) 987-1477 and tech@mytechnician.net. Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Standard labor is $240.00 USD per hour. A written quote can set a fixed price instead. You are charged only after you approve the work. We do not charge more than that unless you agree to extra work first. Payment is by a Stripe invoice or payment link.

Your authority

You must be allowed to give us access to the equipment, account, or network. We will not break into a system, install pirated software, or disable security so it can be misused. A remote session starts only with your permission.

Legal and export restrictions

Work is done in the United States: on-site in the New York area, or by remote session to a computer you control. We do not ship outside the United States and we do not provide the service where United States law prohibits it. You are responsible for using software under the publisher’s license.

Liability and law

If the same problem returns within 14 days because of our work, we correct the labor or refund it. To the extent New York law allows, liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
