Privacy policy

What we collect

Name, phone, email, business name, service address, a description of the problem, and invoice amounts and payment status in USD. We do not collect full card numbers or security codes. Those are entered on Stripe’s page. Stripe’s policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Why, and who else sees it

We use it to do the work, invoice, and refund. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it with Stripe to take payment, with a supplier when you approved a parts order, and when a law or a card dispute requires it. Invoices are kept for 7 years.
